Who expected my nice career in radiology would be outsourced to India one day? But that’s exactly what happened, where they do what we do online and at 25% of the cost.  When our department was told about this, we were offered an extra month of pay in severance, contingent on training our replacements.  The other option was we could move to Bangalore from our nice little home here in Santa Clara.
